(1999-Today) Paolo is Co-founder and Partner of Simmaco Management Consulting Srl, a boutique-consulting company specialised in Strategy and Marketing with sound competencies in several industries: Entertainment, Healthcare, Financial Services, Media, Information and Communication Technology and is an MCE (Management Centre Europe) Faculty Member.

(1982-1988) Prior to founding Simmaco, Paolo has been Marketing and Industrial Economics Professor at L. Bocconi University, Milan and Parma State Universities, Researcher at Bocconi’s CESCOM (CEntro Studi sul COMmercio) and Responsible of The International Marketing Division at IFOR (a Business School founded by L. Bocconi University) and Managing Director of the First Master for International Trade held in Milan on behalf of the Italian Agency for Foreign Trade.

Before joining Simmaco, Paolo has been S.B.U. Manager at Zurich Financial Services Group (1992-1995) and Marketing Director at Deutsche Bank (1997-1999), been responsible and focused on new business development. Prior to this, Paolo worked (1988-1992) as Senior Consultant and Trainer at Telos Management Consultants (eventually acquired by Deloitte Consulting) where he has been project leader in the filed of Strategy/structure, BPR, CRM, Marketing and Sales force organisation, management and training.
